Shipping and returns policy
Orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 midday will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on a Friday after 12:00, on a Saturday, and on a Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Items will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

Spain
Shipping FREE in 24 / 72 Working Hours to the whole Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) for all purchases over €65. Purchases under €65 or on Balearic and Canary Islands will have a small cost of approximately 5 € depending on the area, the costs are calculated when placing the order to make them as close as possible.
France
Shipping FREE in 96 Working Hours to all of France For all purchases over €150. Purchases under €150 will have a small charge of approximately €25 depending on the area. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. as close as possible.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases, we offer an exchange or return service.
- Within (and no later than) 14 days of receipt of your order, please email info@artesanofactory.com to request a return and await confirmation.
- To proceed, the product or leather must not be worn, cut or damaged. Otherwise, it cannot be replaced/refunded.
- If the error is on our part (you have not received the correct article, a different colour to the one in the photo, wrong thickness, etc.) we will send you a returns label within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will have to send it to this address within 14 days:

Important notice for orders placed in countries outside the European Union:
Artesano Factory will not be responsible for any kind of customs costs that could be caused by the entry of the package in your country if the delivery address is outside the European Union or those places with special customs (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other included in the EU). This amount can be fixed, percentage or the sum of the two previous ones and is calculated according to the laws of each country of which we cannot inform you as we do not have this information.
