The Basic Rivets, made of iron, are a strong, versatile way to join and decorate your leather projects.

Available in these finishes: Gold, Silver, Black Metal and Bronze, and in two sizes to suit different leather thicknesses:

  • Ø8 mm (cap) × 6 mm (height) — ideal for thin and medium-weight leather.
  • Ø9 mm (cap) × 10 mm (height) — ideal for medium and heavy leather.

Perfect for belts, bags, footwear, collars and other leather accessories.

Each pack includes 10 posts (male part) and 10 caps (female part), ready to set.

👉 Easy to set with a hand rivet setter, a press or a hammer blow.

Which size should I choose?

Add up the thickness of the layers of leather you are joining and allow 1–2 mm extra to close the rivet.

8 × 5 mm: total thickness approx. 3–5 mm
6 × 10 mm: total thickness approx. 7–9 mm
